The NXP LPC1548JBD64QL is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 MCU running at 72 MHz, with 128 KB Flash and 20 KB RAM. It carries 4 KB EEPROM for parameter storage without external memory, and a 24-channel 12-bit ADC for analog sensor inputs. The 64-LQFP package gives you 44 I/O — enough for a small HMI panel or a multi-axis motor drive interface without a port expander.
