The NXP LPC11E68JBD48E is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ microcontroller running at 50 MHz, with 256 KB of Flash program memory and 36 KB of SRAM. It carries 4 KB of on-chip EEPROM for parameter storage without external parts. The 48-pin LQFP package provides 36 general-purpose I/O lines, an 8-channel 12-bit ADC, and serial connectivity covering I²C, SPI, and UART. The internal oscillator and brown-out detection reduce external BOM count.
Runs at 50 MHz on a 32-bit single-core ARM Cortex-M0+. SRAM is 36 KB.
Serial interface coverage
Supports I²C, SPI, SSI, SSP, Microwire, and UART/USART.
