The NXP LPC11E67JBD100E is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ microcontroller running at 50 MHz, with 128 KB of Flash program memory and 20 KB of SRAM. It also integrates 4 KB of EEPROM, which is useful for storing calibration constants or configuration data that must survive a firmware update. The part operates across the -40°C to 105°C industrial temperature range, making it suitable for outdoor telecom cabinets, motor-drive control boards, and under-hood automotive modules where ambient temperatures climb.

With 80 general-purpose I/O lines and a connectivity set that includes I²C, SPI, UART, Microwire, SSI, and SSP, this MCU can handle multiple sensor buses, display interfaces, and serial memory links without external glue logic.
