50 MHz Cortex-M0+ with on-chip EEPROM
The NXP LPC11E67JBD100551 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ MCU from the LPC11Exx series, clocked at 50 MHz. It carries 128 KB of Flash program memory, 20 KB of SRAM, and a separate 4 KB EEPROM block for parameter storage without external serial memory. The 100-LQFP package brings out 80 general-purpose I/O lines, with a 12-channel 12-bit ADC on board. Supply range is 2.4 V to 3.6 V, and the operating temperature covers -40°C to 105°C, suiting it for industrial control, motor drives, and outdoor telecom equipment where the ambient temperature climbs above the commercial limit.
