Cortex-M0 controller with LCD drive and serial connectivity
The NXP LPC11D14FBD100/302551 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 microcontroller running at 50 MHz, with 32 KB of Flash program memory and 8 KB of SRAM. It integrates an LCD segment driver, brown-out detect, power-on reset, and watchdog timer, plus serial interfaces covering I²C, SPI, SSI, SSP, and UART/USART.
For dual-sourcing resilience, the LPC11Dxx family shares pin-compatible density options across the 100-LQFP footprint, so a drop-in upgrade to a larger Flash variant is possible without a board spin.
