ARM Cortex-M0 at 50 MHz — 32 KB Flash in a 32-HVQFN footprint
The NXP LPC1114FHN33/301K is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 MCU from the LPC1100 series, clocked at 50 MHz with 32 KB of Flash program memory and 4K x 8 SRAM. It packs 28 I/O lines, I²C, SPI, and UART/USART connectivity, plus an 8-channel 10-bit SAR ADC, all in a 32-HVQFN exposed-pad package (7x7 mm). The wide supply range of 1.8 V to 3.6 V and industrial temperature rating of -40°C to 85°C make it a fit for battery-powered portable instruments, sensor nodes, and control modules that need more processing headroom than an 8-bit alternative.
Package and mounting — 32-HVQFN with exposed pad
Surface-mount only; no through-hole variant. The 28 I/O are available on the perimeter pads, leaving the center pad as a thermal and electrical ground connection.
Peripherals and data conversion
The 8-channel 10-bit SAR ADC samples at rates suitable for low-speed analog sensing (temperature, potentiometer, current shunt). Serial interfaces cover I²C, SPI, and UART/USART, covering common sensor and actuator buses.
