The 200 mA current rating and 670 mOhm DCR define the DC loss budget — at full load the I²R loss is 26.8 mW, which the 1008 package dissipates without exceeding the 125°C temperature ceiling.
Shielded construction and self-resonant frequency
The self-resonant frequency of 55 MHz sets the upper limit for effective filtering — above this frequency the inductive reactance rolls off and the part behaves capacitively.
