1 kOhm at 100 MHz — suppression band anchor
The BLM15HD102BH1D is a Murata BLM series ferrite bead delivering 1 kOhm impedance at 100 MHz, the standard reference frequency for conducted EMI suppression on signal lines. This impedance peak targets the 100 MHz to 1 GHz range where common-mode noise from switching regulators and digital clocks couples into traces. Rated for 250 mA continuous DC current with a maximum DC resistance of 1.25 Ohm.
AEC-Q200 and 150°C ceiling
Qualified to AEC-Q200, the passive-component stress test standard for automotive electronics. This certifies the bead for thermal shock, moisture resistance, solder heat, and vibration profiles typical of under-hood and engine-bay modules. Operating temperature range spans -55°C to 150°C, covering the full automotive temperature grade 0 envelope. The 150°C upper limit allows placement near hot components like power MOSFETs or on the engine control unit board without derating. Sourced to order against BOM quantities; availability and pricing confirmed at RFQ.
0402 footprint — board-fit constraints
The single-line configuration occupies one trace and fits standard pick-and-place assembly for high-density automotive PCBs.
