The SMBJ70CA-13: That 113V ceiling is the number to compare against the absolute maximum rating of your downstream FET or controller — if that device's Vds max is 100V, this diode won't protect it; you need a lower-voltage part in the same family.

Package and board-fit

The SMB package is smaller than the SMC but larger than the SMA, so the pad geometry on your PCB must match the DO-214AA land pattern — not the DO-214AB (SMC) or DO-214AC (SMA) — or the solder fillet won't wet properly. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to +150°C, covering the full industrial and automotive ambient envelope. At the hot end, the peak pulse power derates linearly above 25°C, so a 600W rating at room temperature drops to roughly 400W at 85°C — budget this derating if the board lives near a heat source.
