Housed in the DO-214AA (SMB) surface-mount package, the SMBJ18A-13-F occupies a standard footprint with a low profile suited for dense PCB layouts. The SMBJ18A-13-F is supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) and Cut Tape (CT) options, compatible with automated pick-and-place assembly. No power line protection feature is integrated — this is a dedicated transient suppressor for signal or low-power supply lines.
