Active production — no BOM risk
The SMBJ130CAQ-13-F: You can spec it into a new design or replenish a running BOM without worrying about a sudden EOL.
AEC-Q101 — built for automotive and harsh environments
AEC-Q101 qualification means this TVS passed the automotive stress suite: high-temperature reverse bias, temperature cycling, and ESD robustness.
With a 130V reverse standoff, this TVS stays off the rail at nominal 130V DC or 130V AC peak. Clamping starts at 144V minimum breakdown and hard-clamps at 209V maximum at 2.9A peak pulse current (10/1000µs waveform). That 600W peak pulse rating means it can absorb a single surge well above the normal operating level without failing short.
DO-214AA SMB — field-swappable footprint
The DO-214AA (SMB) package is a standard surface-mount footprint. It is small enough for dense boards but large enough to hand-solder with a fine tip iron — no hot-air station required. The bidirectional single-channel configuration means polarity does not matter; you can drop it in either way and it clamps both directions.
