Housed in the standard DO-214AC (SMA) package, the SMAJ30A-13-F is a surface-mount device with a low-profile footprint suitable for dense PCB layouts. The SMA body is a common industry form factor, so the land pattern matches the majority of SMA TVS diodes on the market — no board respin needed if swapping between brands. Supplied on Tape & Reel (Cut Tape also available), it integrates directly into pick-and-place assembly without manual handling. The unidirectional channel means only one diode per package; for bidirectional clamping on a 30V line, two devices back-to-back or a dedicated bidirectional part would be needed.
