The P6KE350A-B: The operating junction temperature range spans -55°C to 175°C, allowing deployment in high-ambient environments such as enclosed control cabinets or outdoor telecom shelters without derating concerns at the upper end. As a unidirectional device with a single protection channel, it is polarity-sensitive and intended for DC rail clamping where the cathode is connected to the positive rail and the anode to ground.
DO-15 axial package and board integration
Housed in the DO-204AC (DO-15) axial-lead package, the P6KE350A-B is supplied in bulk tube format, suited for through-hole wave-solder assembly or hand-insertion in prototype and low-volume builds. The axial leads allow flexible mounting — the body can be stood off the board or laid flat — and the package footprint is standard across the P6KE series, simplifying BOM swaps within the family.
