Voltage ratings and temperature envelope
The P6KE250A-B: Breakdown voltage is guaranteed between 237 V (minimum) and the clamping voltage of 344 V, with a typical standoff of 214 V — the rail sits below the breakdown threshold during normal operation, and the diode only conducts when the transient exceeds 237 V.
Package and mounting — axial DO-15
Supplied in bulk packaging, which is typical for through-hole TVS diodes ordered in moderate quantities for assembly lines that feed axial insertion machines.
