The LPS5015-683MRC is a 68 µH ±20% shielded drum-core inductor from Coilcraft's LPS5015 series, rated for 350 mA continuous current with a saturation current of 330 mA. Shielded construction reduces radiated EMI, which matters when the inductor sits near sensitive analog or RF traces on the same board. Self-resonant frequency is 15 MHz, so the inductor behaves inductively well into the low-MHz switching range typical of buck converters and EMI filters.
Temperature range and storage considerations
The 1.50 mm seated height fits tight board-stacking constraints, but the low profile means the core volume is limited — the saturation current is the real ceiling for DC bias, not the rated current.
