5V fixed reference — what it delivers for the analog rail
The REF02HSA+ is a series voltage reference with a fixed 5V output, ±0.5% tolerance, and 25ppm/°C drift.
Input range and output drive
The part accepts an 8V to 33V input, so it can run off a 12V or 24V rail common in industrial supplies, and delivers up to 21 mA output current. That 21 mA is enough to bias a handful of op-amps or a single ADC reference input, but not enough to power a whole analog front-end — budget the load. Supply current is 1.4 mA typical, which keeps the thermal rise low in the SOIC package.
Package and footprint
8-SOIC (0.154" body width, 3.90 mm) — standard footprint for pick-and-place. Tube shipment aligns parts for hand-loading or feeder setup.
