Single comparator in a SOT-23-6 — what the 28 ns buys you
Supply range spans 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The 5 mV internal hysteresis cleans up noisy edges. Operating temperature covers -40°C to 85°C, which suits industrial control cabinets, outdoor telecom gear, and automotive cabin environments. It is not rated for under-hood or extended-temperature applications beyond 85°C.
CMRR and PSRR — noise rejection matters in mixed-signal boards
With 95 dB CMRR and 100 dB PSRR, this comparator rejects common-mode noise and power-supply ripple well. That matters when the input signal shares a ground plane with switching regulators or digital buses — false triggers stay suppressed. Input bias current is 0.075 µA max at 5.5 V, and input offset voltage is 2 mV max at 5 V. These are typical for a general-purpose comparator and won't limit most threshold-detection or level-shifting applications.
