Low supply current and input bias
Supply current is 20 µA typical, so this part fits into always-on sensor interfaces or IoT edge nodes where the power budget is tight. Input bias current is 1 pA, which means negligible offset drift from high-impedance sources like photodiodes or pH probes. Input offset voltage is 200 µV—not precision-instrument grade, but fine for general-purpose signal conditioning where a few hundred microvolts of DC error is acceptable.
Package and soldering
The SC-70-6 (also known as SOT-363) is a 6-lead surface-mount package. It is small enough for compact PCBs but still hand-solderable with a fine-tip iron and magnification.
Supply voltage range and temperature grade
Operates from 1.8 V to 5.5 V single supply. The -40°C to +85°C temperature range suits industrial and outdoor equipment.
Lifecycle and sourcing
Listed as Active and ROHS3 compliant.
