Parametric profile — what the numbers mean for the BOM
For a battery-powered sensor node running two comparators continuously, that draw sits well below the regulator's own quiescent — the comparator itself is not the dominant term in the power budget. The 4 mV hysteresis built into the device prevents output chatter on slow-moving signals — useful when comparing a thermistor divider or a filtered PWM ramp. CMRR is 95 dB typical, PSRR 100 dB typical. These numbers mean the comparator rejects common-mode noise and supply ripple well enough to sit on a shared 5 V rail with a switching regulator without false triggering — the PSRR keeps the threshold stable through ripple transients.
