Quad GMSL deserializer with AEC-Q100 traceability
The Analog Devices MAX96724FGTN/V+ is a GMSL2/1 tunneling quad deserializer in a 56-TQFN (8x8) package, designed to receive up to four GMSL serial input streams and output two CSI-2 MIPI lanes at a serial data rate of 6Gbps.
6Gbps serial link and supply rails
The deserializer accepts four GMSL inputs and deserializes them into two MIPI CSI-2 output ports. The 6Gbps per-link data rate supports 1080p60 or multi-megapixel cameras over a single coax or STP cable. Supply voltage spans three domains: 0.95V to 1.26V for the core, 1.7V to 1.9V for the MIPI I/O, and 1.7V to 3.6V for the auxiliary interface — each rail needs its own decoupling plan on the 56-WFQFN exposed-pad footprint.
Active lifecycle and automotive qualification
AEC-Q100 qualification is confirmed, which means the part has passed the stress tests required for automotive-grade ICs — the OEM auditor will want the PPAP documentation.
