The MAX9268GCM/V+ is a GMSL deserializer that accepts a single CML serial input at up to 2.5 Gbps and fans it out to five LVDS parallel outputs — the data rate defines the video resolution and frame rate the link can carry over a single coax or STP cable. The 105°C ceiling is above the standard 85°C industrial limit, so the derating curve for the junction temperature must be checked against the actual thermal resistance of the 48-TQFP exposed pad package.

Package and board-fit: the exposed paddle is not optional
