LVDS deserializer for 27-bit parallel buses
The Analog Devices MAX9248ECM+ is a single-channel LVDS deserializer that converts a 756 Mbps serial stream back into a 27-bit wide parallel bus, presented in LVCMOS or LVTTL levels. Typical applications include automotive camera modules, industrial machine-vision sensors, and medical imaging systems where a high-speed serial link saves cable weight and reduces EMI over parallel ribbon.

The deserialized bus drives 27 parallel outputs at LVCMOS or LVTTL levels. The supply range is 3V to 3.6V.

Housed in a 48-lead LQFP (7x7 mm), the MAX9248ECM+ is a surface-mount part that can be hand-soldered and inspected optically — no BGA X-ray required. The -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range suits outdoor camera housings, engine-bay electronics, and factory-floor sensor hubs.
