Quad comparator with 100 ns propagation delay
The MAX9094ASD+ is a quad general-purpose comparator from Analog Devices, packing four independent comparators into a 14-SOIC package. The 100 ns max propagation delay means it resolves input transitions fast enough for high-speed threshold detection and pulse-width monitoring in control loops. Each channel uses an open-drain output stage — the output pulls low when the non-inverting input crosses the threshold, and an external pull-up resistor sets the logic-high level.
The 35 mA typical output sink at 5 V drives small relays or optocoupler LEDs directly.
