Dual comparator in SOT-23-8 — 110 ns propagation delay
The MAX9092AKA+T is a dual general-purpose comparator from Maxim Integrated, packing two independent open-drain comparators into a SOT-23-8 package. The open-drain outputs allow wired-OR configurations and level translation to higher-voltage logic families.
90 dB PSRR and 200 µA quiescent current
A 90 dB typical PSRR keeps the comparator's switching threshold stable even when the supply rail carries ripple from a switching regulator — critical in mixed-signal boards where the comparator shares a rail with a buck converter. For a voltage divider or sensor front-end with 10 kΩ source impedance, the offset error from bias current stays under 2.5 mV — negligible compared to the offset spec.
Industrial temperature range and SOT-23-8 footprint
The SOT-23-8 package (supplier device package SOT-23-8) occupies minimal board area and matches a standard 0.65 mm pitch footprint. The tape-and-reel packaging (also available in cut tape) supports automated pick-and-place assembly. ROHS3 compliant per the manufacturer's declaration.
Marked as Active on the manufacturer's lifecycle record.
