SOT-23-5 footprint and board integration
The MAX9075EUK+T comes in a 5-pin SOT-23-5 package (SC-74A, SOT-753), a compact footprint for space-constrained analog signal chains.
Supply range and quiescent draw — fit for battery applications
Maximum quiescent current is 6.6 µA — low enough for always-on threshold detection in battery-powered sensor nodes where the comparator stays powered while the rest of the system sleeps. The 580 ns maximum propagation delay sets the response ceiling for over-voltage or under-voltage fault detection; a 1.7 MHz toggle rate is the practical upper bound for the comparator's decision loop.
Input offset and bias — precision for low-level signals
The 82 dB CMRR and 77 dB PSRR mean the trip point stays stable across common-mode shifts and supply ripple, which matters when the comparator shares a rail with a switching regulator.
Temperature grade and operating envelope
The SOT-23-5 package's thermal impedance is low enough that self-heating from the 6.6 µA quiescent current is negligible — the die temperature tracks the ambient within a fraction of a degree.
