The MAX8550AETI+ is an active-production DDR controller from Analog Devices, designed to regulate two output rails from a 2V to 28V input supply. It targets DDR memory power sequencing, generating the VDDQ (1.8V or 2.5V) and VTT (0.7V to 5.5V) rails needed for DDR2/3/4 and low-power DDR interfaces.
It is supplied in a tube with a 28-WFQFN exposed-pad package (also designated 28-TQFN, 5x5 mm), surface-mount.
The controller provides two outputs: one fixed at 1.8V or 2.5V for VDDQ, and a second adjustable from 0.7V to 5.5V for VTT termination.
