Active-high push-pull output — compatibility check
Many microcontrollers and logic families expect an active-low reset input. The MAX813LCSA+T drives an active-high signal, so it pairs with devices that have an active-high reset pin or requires an inverter stage. The push-pull output sinks and sources current, so it does not need an external pull-up resistor. Verify the polarity of the reset input on your processor before committing this part to the BOM.
Lifecycle and sourcing — active, no LTB concern
The ROHS3 compliance is confirmed.
