2.93V threshold supervisor for processor power monitoring
The MAX812SEUS+T is a single-channel voltage supervisor from Analog Devices, monitoring a 2.93V threshold and asserting an Active High reset via a push-pull output stage when the monitored rail drops below that level. The reset output remains asserted for a minimum of 140ms after the supply returns above the threshold, giving the downstream processor or logic time to stabilize before the system resumes operation.
SOT-143-4 package and board integration
