Housed in a 64-WFBGA, WLBGA (Wafer-Level Package), the MAX77812CEWB+T measures 3.41 x 3.37 mm. Surface-mount assembly with a standard reflow profile is expected. For designs that need AEC-Q100 qualification, a different part from the same family would be required.
