The MAX765ESA+T is an inverting buck-boost (step-up/step-down) switching regulator from Analog Devices, delivering a regulated negative output from a positive input rail. It generates an adjustable output from -1V down to -16V, drawing from a 3V to 16V input — useful when a board has only a positive supply but needs a clean negative rail for op-amps, bias circuits, or LCD contrast.
