The MAX706TCSA+ is a simple reset/power-on reset supervisor from Maxim Integrated. The output is push-pull, totem-pole, so no external pull-up resistor is needed on the reset line — it drives high or low directly. This saves a resistor and one board trace in dense layouts.

Commercial temperature grade, 8-SOIC package

The 8-SOIC (150-mil body) footprint is a standard surface-mount package with 1.27 mm pitch — easy to route on a two-layer board and compatible with common pick-and-place equipment.
