Two-channel sequencer in SOT-23-6
The MAX6820UT+T is a 2-channel voltage sequencer from Analog Devices, designed to control power-up and power-down order of two supply rails. It integrates a 140 ms minimum reset timeout to hold downstream logic in reset until all rails settle. The voltage threshold is adjustable/selectable, meaning the monitoring levels can be set per rail via external resistors or factory-programmed options, giving the board designer flexibility across different core and I/O voltages. Housed in a 6-pin SOT-23-6 package (supplier device package SOT-6), it occupies minimal PCB area — ideal for space-constrained industrial or automotive sensor modules.
Temperature range and environment
This suits it for outdoor telecom enclosures, engine-bay electronics, and factory-floor PLC I/O modules where the ambient can swing beyond commercial limits. For a sequencer, the wide temperature range is critical because the reset timeout and threshold accuracy must hold across the thermal cycle — a cold start at -40°C must still assert the minimum 140 ms reset pulse.
Lifecycle and compliance
It is fully ROHS3 compliant. Sourced through our distribution channel; quoted to order against BOM quantity. No stock-holding claim — confirm availability and current pricing at quote time via RFQ.
