Rated for -40°C to 125°C, this part handles industrial motor drives, outdoor telecom gear, and engine-bay electronics without derating. The wide temperature span means the reset timing and threshold accuracy stay within spec across the full range — no cold-start glitches or hot-soak false resets.
Output type and reset polarity
The open-drain output with active-low reset is the standard interface for MCU and DSP reset inputs. An external pull-up resistor to the monitored rail or another logic supply is required. The open-drain topology also allows wired-OR connection with other reset sources, such as a manual reset button or a watchdog timer.
