Push-pull output saves a pull-up resistor
The reset output is push-pull (totem pole), not open-drain. That means no external pull-up resistor on the RST line—the output drives high or low rail-to-rail. For a BOM line that already counts passives, this simplifies the layout and removes one component per supervisor.
Temperature grade and environment
Rated for -40°C to 125°C, this part fits automotive under-hood and industrial environments. The SOT-23-8 package keeps the footprint small for dense PCBs.
Lifecycle and sourcing posture
No last-time-buy risk for new designs.
