Two-rail supervisor with one adjustable channel
The MAX6738XKVD3+ monitors two voltage rails: one fixed at 1.575 V threshold, the second adjustable via external resistor divider. The active-low, open-drain reset output holds the system in reset for a minimum of 150 ms after all monitored rails rise above threshold.
Industrial temperature and small footprint
Rated for -40°C to 85°C ambient, this supervisor fits industrial control, outdoor telecom, and factory automation panels where the board sees temperature swings but not under-hood extremes. The SC-70-5 package (also known as SOT-353) takes minimal board area — useful when you need to add reset supervision to a dense mixed-signal board without a layout re-spin.
