Three-rail supervisor in a SOT-23-8
The Analog Devices MAX6734KASHD3+T is a multi-voltage supervisor that monitors three supply rails simultaneously. It asserts a reset (active-low, open-drain output) when any monitored voltage drops below its threshold, and holds reset for a minimum of 140 ms after all rails recover. The three thresholds are fixed at 1.313 V and 2.925 V, plus one adjustable input — letting you supervise a mix of fixed and variable core, I/O, or memory voltages in a single SOT-23-8 package.
