Housed in a 4-pin SC-70 package, it is a surface-mount fit for dense boards where board space is tight. The -40°C to 125°C operating range qualifies it for industrial and automotive under-hood environments — engine control modules, transmission controllers, or outdoor telecom gear where the ambient temperature swings wide.
Push-pull output — no external resistor needed
The push-pull (totem-pole) output drives the reset line high or low without an external pull-up. That saves one resistor per supervisor on the BOM and simplifies layout. It also means the output is actively driven high when reset is deasserted — no floating node that could be coupled noise into the reset line.
