Single-channel voltage supervisor with adjustable threshold
The MAX6457UKD3C+T is a Simple Reset/Power-On Reset supervisor from Analog Devices that monitors a single voltage rail and asserts an active-low reset signal when the supply falls below the programmed threshold. The output is open-drain or open-collector, requiring an external pull-up resistor to the logic supply. The reset timeout is 90ms minimum — the supervisor holds the reset line low for at least this duration after VCC rises above the threshold, ensuring downstream devices complete their power-up sequence before the system starts executing code. The threshold is adjustable/selectable via an external resistor divider.
