Two-rail supervisor with adjustable timeout
The MAX6419UK29+T is a dual-voltage supervisor from Analog Devices that monitors two independent supply rails — one fixed at 2.925 V and one adjustable via an external resistor divider — and asserts an active-high reset when either falls below its threshold. The reset timeout period is adjustable with an external capacitor, giving the designer control over the power-up sequencing delay for the downstream load.
Threshold selection and temperature range
One monitored threshold is factory-set at 2.925 V, while the second is adjustable down to 0.6 V using an external divider — this lets the part supervise a core rail and an I/O rail from a single IC.
