Active-low push-pull output — interface fit
The push-pull output eliminates the external pull-up resistor that an open-drain reset output would need. The active-low polarity matches the reset input on the vast majority of microcontrollers, DSPs, and FPGAs. The totem-pole stage can source and sink enough current to drive the reset line of multiple devices on the same net, simplifying the board layout.
Industrial temperature range and package
Rated for operation from -40°C to 85°C, this part is suited for factory automation, motor drives, and outdoor telecom enclosures where the ambient temperature swings. The SOT-23-3 package is a standard footprint, easy to hand-assemble or reflow, and the surface-mount design keeps the board profile low.
Lifecycle and sourcing
The MAX6375UR23+T is listed as Active in production with ROHS3 compliance.
