Three-rail supervision in a six-pin SOT
The MAX6355LSUT+T is a three-channel multi-voltage supervisor from Analog Devices, monitoring up to three supply rails with a single SOT-23-6 package. The active-low, open-drain reset output asserts for a minimum of 100 ms when any monitored voltage falls below its threshold, providing a clean power-good signal for microcontrollers, FPGAs, or SoCs that need a sequenced release from reset.
Threshold selection and rail sequencing
The fixed thresholds at 2.93 V and 4.63 V are pre-trimmed to ±1.5% accuracy over temperature, eliminating the need for external resistor dividers on those channels and reducing BOM count. The adjustable channel's threshold is set by two resistors to the ADJ pin, allowing the supervisor to guard a lower-voltage core rail or an I/O supply that does not match standard logic levels.
