Active production — still on the BOM as a first-choice supervisor
The MAX6319LHUK46C+T: It monitors a single voltage rail with a 4.63V threshold — the typical application is supervising a 5V supply.
Dual-polarity reset output — one IC fits both reset schemes
The reset output is both active-high and active-low, push-pull. That means a single MAX6319LHUK46C+T can serve a processor that expects a logic-low reset on one pin and a logic-high reset on another — no external inverter needed. The push-pull output eliminates the pull-up resistor required by open-drain supervisors. If this supervisor sits on a board that sees an engine bay or a hot factory floor, the wide temperature grade means the reset threshold stays within spec across the thermal cycle. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (SC-74A) footprint — a common, easily reworkable package. On a repair bench, the scorch mark on a failed supervisor is usually at the supply pin; the SOT-23 is straightforward to desolder and replace with a fresh part from the reel.
Compliance and supply posture
ROHS3 compliant — no RoHS exemption issues for EU or California market shipments.
