Precision 2.5 V series reference — the noise and drift that matter for an ADC front-end
The MAX6126BASA25+T: For a 16-bit ADC spanning 0–5 V, that initial tolerance contributes about 1.5 LSB of gain error at 25 °C, and the tempco adds roughly 0.6 LSB across a 50 °C swing — both correctable in software if the system budget allows, but the low drift keeps the correction stable. The 725 µA supply current is the reference's own draw; it does not include the load current, which can go up to 10 mA.
Supply headroom and temperature range for the BOM
The part is offered on Tape & Reel (TR) or Cut Tape (CT), which suits both prototyping and production reels.
