Fixed 4.096 V reference in a SOT-23-6
The Maxim Integrated MAX6070BAUT41+T is a series voltage reference delivering a fixed 4.096 V output with ±0.08% initial tolerance. It operates from a 4.3 V to 5.5 V input rail and supplies up to 10 mA to the load. The 8 ppm/°C temperature coefficient keeps the output stable across the full -40°C to 125°C industrial range, making it a fit for precision ADC references, sensor excitation, and DAC bias circuits in automotive, industrial control, and instrumentation equipment.
Output drive and input headroom
The 10 mA output current rating covers a single high-resolution ADC reference input plus a small buffer or a few op-amp bias networks. If the load exceeds 10 mA, an external buffer is needed. The minimum input voltage of 4.3 V leaves headroom above the 4.096 V output.
