Sourcing and fit — what to expect
The SOT-23-3 body (TO-236, SC-59 variant) is a three-lead surface-mount package; the PCB footprint is the same as a standard SOT-23 small-signal transistor. The 5 mA output current is enough to bias one or two precision ADC reference inputs or a handful of op-amp dividers; if your load exceeds 5 mA, you need a buffer or a higher-current reference.
