Precision 4.096 V reference in SOT-23-3
The MAX6064BEUR+T is a series voltage reference from Analog Devices delivering a fixed 4.096 V output with ±0.4 % initial tolerance. That 0.4 % window means the output sits between 4.080 V and 4.112 V at 25 °C — tight enough for a 12-bit ADC where each LSB is 1 mV at a 4.096 V full-scale, so the reference error stays under half an LSB without trimming. Noise floor and load drive
The 0.1-to-10 Hz figure is the one that matters for a DC measurement channel — it sets the noise floor below which a 16-bit ADC's code transitions start to dither.
