2.5V fixed series reference in SOT-23-3
The MAX6002EUR+T is a 2.5V fixed-output series voltage reference from Analog Devices, housed in a 3-pin SOT-23-3 package. It draws 45 µA quiescent supply current and delivers up to 400 µA output current, making it suitable for battery-operated and low-power precision analog circuits. As a series reference (not shunt), it regulates the output voltage by varying its own series impedance, which keeps the load current independent of the input supply variations within the 2.7V to 12.6V input range.
Noise and drift for precision analog chains
The ±1% initial tolerance sets the absolute accuracy at room temperature; combined with the tempco, the total error budget across temperature and lifetime must be calculated against the system's reference input spec.
