250 mA current limit — what it means for your rail
The 250 mA output rating is the hard ceiling for the load this part can protect. If your downstream circuitry draws more than 250 mA steady-state or during startup, the part will trip.
Package and mounting
Surface-mount in SOT-23-5 footprint. The five-pin layout is common across many current-limit switches, so board layout is straightforward. Tape & Reel or Cut Tape options cover both prototype and production volumes.
