SPST analog switch in a 5-pin SC-70
The MAX4707EXK+T is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) normally-open analog switch from Analog Devices, designed for signal routing and multiplexing in portable instrumentation, test equipment, and data-acquisition systems. Housed in a 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 package, it occupies minimal board area — suitable for dense mixed-signal designs where space is at a premium.
3 Ohm on-resistance and 190 MHz bandwidth
With a maximum on-resistance of 3 Ohm and a -3dB bandwidth of 190 MHz, this switch introduces minimal attenuation and signal degradation in high-frequency analog paths up to the VHF range. Switching times of 20 ns (on) and 15 ns (off) allow fast channel selection in multiplexed applications, while charge injection of 5 pC keeps glitch energy low enough for precision sample-and-hold stages. Maximum off-leakage current of 1 nA and channel capacitance of 17 pF preserve signal integrity in high-impedance circuits — critical for sensor front-ends and low-level analog multiplexing.
