Dual DPDT analog switch for signal routing
The MAX4701ETE+T from Maxim Integrated is a dual DPDT (Double-Pole Double-Throw) analog switch configured as a 2:2 multiplexer/demultiplexer, packaged in a 16-TQFN (3x3 mm) with exposed pad for thermal relief. It routes two independent differential or single-ended signals with a maximum on-resistance of 75 ohms and channel-to-channel matching of 2 ohms, keeping signal attenuation consistent across paths. The -3 dB bandwidth of 250 MHz and crosstalk of -79 dB at 1 MHz make it suitable for high-frequency analog or digital signal multiplexing in test equipment, data acquisition, and communication interfaces.
Supply range and switching performance
Operating from a single supply of 1.8 V to 5.5 V. Switching times are 35 ns (turn-on) and 20 ns (turn-off) maximum.
Lifecycle and sourcing
For buyers managing BOM freeze or PCN watch, this part presents no LTB risk today.
